Europe Technologies and Chantier Naval de Marseille sign Memorandum Of Understanding to repair lng carrier membrane containment systems.

PARIS, 2017 Feb 1st, during the EUROMARITIME event, CHANTIER NAVAL DE MARSEILLE (CNM) signed a MOU with EUROPE TECHNOLOGIES (ET, LNG Division) on the NEOPOLIA Marine booth.

CNM and ET are partnering to offer to the market a reliable and complete solution for LNG Membrane Cargo Tank Repair services on LNG Carriers, Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRU) and in the future, for vessels using membrane tanks for LNG fuel. Both parties target a common objective to convince ship owners to operate their dry dock surveys at CNM Marseille, thanks to its strategic Mediterranean location, its important facilities (including Forme 10, one of the largest in Europe) and MRO experience, in addition to the support of EUROPE TECHNOLOGIES qualified and experienced staff on all membrane technologies.
